What will be deleted

Once your request is verified, we will delete or anonymise account-related personal data, which may include:

  • Profile details such as name, phone number, and email address.
  • Login or account access information.
  • Saved preferences linked to your account.
  • Other personal information directly linked to your account, where deletion is legally and operationally possible.

Information we may need to retain

Some records may be retained where required for legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, tax, audit, or regulatory reasons.
